Eindhoven-based vendor finance specialist De
Lage Landen has launched a finance program for agricultural
machinery manufacturer Same Deutz-Fahr in the UK, to match the
existing partnership between the two companies in the USA.
Under the agreement, De Lage Landen will act
as the exclusive finance provider for Same Deutz-Fahr sales in the
UK, operating under the label SDF Financial Services. The programme
will begin on the first day of the new year.

Same Deutz-Fahr is an Italian manufacturer
of tractors, combine harvesters, diesel engines and farm machinery,
selling equipment under the brands Same, Deutz-Fahr, Lamborghini,
Hurlimann.
The partnership has been added to the
vendor finance roster of DLL’s Food & Agriculture business
unit, headed by Tom Meredith.
On the SDF side, the deal was led by Steve
Beasley, the manufacturer’s CEO of Nordic business operations.
