CV registrations in February declined by 38.7
percent across Europe, the European Automobile Manufacturer
Association (ACEA) said.
The figures, which combine EU countries plus
Norway, Iceland and Switzerland, showed that all vehicle categories
and all countries were affected.

Registrations were 38 percent down in Western Europe and 44
percent down in Eastern Europe.

Light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes declined by 38
percent to 106,825 units, while heavy trucks over 16t were 46
percent down to 14,131.

The remaining truck segment fell by almost 44 percent, while the
bus and coach segment was less affected with a 20 percent
decline.
