Crystal Specialist Finance (CSF) has announced a decade of continual growth for 2019, realising a 22.7% increase in terms issued at £2.86bn across 91 lenders.

The figure was achieved with an overall increase in applications at 19%, completion numbers up 17%, a rise in completion values of 12% and completed deals with 59 lenders.

CSF has also continued to expand its internal systems to support its growth, with new departments for broker satisfaction, quality assurance and staff development as well as expanded IT, sales and marketing teams.

Staff numbers have increased to 52 at the start of 2020 – including a new bridging underwriter, secured loans lending manager and underwriting assistant whom all started on 2nd January – from 43 at the outset of 2019.
