Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has provided a £300,000 (€342,000) funding line to Medialease, a lessor and broker for media equipment.

Based in the East Midlands, Medialease provides financing to firms in the broadcast, live events and audio visual spaces.

Assets financed through the funding line include: a £182,000 screen for an events management company; a £97,000 speaker for an audio rental firm; £35,000 in spotlights for another audio-visual rental firm; and a loudseaker for a media rental company.

HTB said other deals were currently being processed.
