Alfa, the provider of software platform Alfa Systems, has announced a major new upgrade with Close Brothers Asset Finance, which has offices across the UK, and in Ireland and Germany.

The Alfa upgrade represents the third and largest part of a comprehensive programme of systems upgrades in the business.

Alfa Systems is a cloud-based system that will bring a number of benefits to Close Brothers Asset Finance, most notably by providing a user-friendly, updated system. It will also enable faster, less expensive change while allowing the business to adapt to change more easily, removing current workarounds and automating many of the manual aspects of the previous version of the software.

Peter Millard, commercial director at Close Brothers Asset Finance, reiterated the importance of considering colleague experience when deciding on any software upgrades.

“Improving colleague experience is central to our requirements when considering investing in upgrades, and I’m confident the new version will deliver what we expect,” he said.
