Close Leasing has completed a £600,000
(€698,000) sale and leaseback with Sarantel, a manufacturer of
filtering antennas for mobile and wireless devices.
The sale and leaseback was for the
manufacturers fixed assets, and comprised all plant and machinery,
test and computer equipment.
Sarantel realised net proceeds of
£311,000 on the deal, which is a 36-month finance lease with a
monthly rental of approximately £20,000.
