Asset finance software provider Cassiopae has
bought a 100% share of fleet management software firm InfoParc from
former owner Europ Assistance, a subsidiary of Italian financial
services group Generali.

The acquisition of Paris-based InfoParc, which
had revenues of €1.5m in 2009, will add fleet management expertise
to Cassiopae’s capabilities in the general asset finance
sector.

Cassiopae president Emmanuel Gillet said:
“There are numerous synergies between InfoParc and Cassiopae. The
acquisition enables us to share resources very quickly and allows
us to provide to our customers our combined product offering for
vehicle finance and fleet management.”

InfoParc MD Patrick Guillou added: “For
InfoParc, being part of Cassiopae strengthens our ability to
respond quickly to market demands and to address the increasingly
global requirements for fleet management solutions.”
