Ayvens has appointed Roderick Jorna as Chief Remarketing and Asset Management Officer, a newly created position that takes effect on 1 November 2025. Jorna, who currently serves as Chief People Officer, will continue as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

In his new role, Jorna will lead the development and implementation of Ayvens ’ vehicle asset management strategy, with a focus on optimising use of the Group’s funded fleet at contract end. The remit includes expanding the company’s multicycle leasing capabilities and strengthening its used vehicle sales operations via Ayvens Carmarket, the firm’s remarketing platform active in 38 countries, as well as through other channels.

Group Chief Executive Officer Tim Albertsen said the appointment is intended to “enhance the value of [Ayvens’] funded fleet by increasing vehicle utilisation” and to “support the circular economy” through improved access to used electric vehicles. Albertsen added that Jorna’s experience and leadership would be “key assets” in advancing Ayvens’ asset management strategy and contributing to its business performance.
