
Dutch automotive services company AutoBinck has appointed Vincent Peeters as chief executive officer of Business Lease Group.
A subsidiary of AutoBinck, Business Lease Group provides fleet management, car rental, and car mobility services as well as financing solutions for car importers and dealers.
Peeters will take over the role from Harm Nijlnsing, who after over 11 years will step down effective 1 October.
He has served as managing director of the Netherlands’ branch of Business Lease since 2015, and prior to this, Peeters held positions in companies including Compass Group.
Paul Zekhius, chief executive officer of AutoBinck Group, said: “We are very happy that Vincent is taking up the position of CEO at Business Lease Group. In his time at Business Lease Netherlands, he has proved his ability to successfully manage a strong process of change.
“In his new role Vincent will be focusing on a fast expansion of innovative services within Business Lease Group.”
Peeters will take up the role 1 December. Dick van der Vis, chief financial officer of Business Lease Group, will serve as acting chief executive officer in the interim.
