Global law firm White & Case LLP has announced that Todd Wolynski has rejoined its New York office as a partner working in its Global Asset Finance Practice.
Wolynski served as a White & Case associate from 2006 to 2013.
“Todd is an extremely capable lawyer with a demonstrated ability to lead in complex and difficult negotiations,” said Justin Benson, global head of White & Case’s Global Asset Finance Practice. “We have been looking forward to his return to the Firm.”
Wolynski advises lessors, borrowers, lenders and export credit agencies in connection with helicopter and fixed-wing financings, asset-based structured financings and other cross-border corporate transactions in the aviation and energy sectors. He also has extensive experience in M&A, restructurings and bankruptcies involving companies in the aviation industry.

Wolynski is the latest addition to the firm’s Global Asset Finance Practice, which as of 1 January 2020, promoted Anna Andreeva in Miami and Keisuke Imon in Tokyo to partner, as well as David Wright in London and Shusuke Fukunaga in Tokyo to counsel.
