Alphabet has appointed Tim Howett and Andy Williams as technical services business development managers effective immediately.
Howett joins Alphabet’s technical services team with over 15 years’ experience in leasing, and previously worked in fleet and rental management roles in both DANKA UK and Aon Rental Business Services.
Williams takes up the newly-created role having previously serves as technical operations manager at Alphabet.
In these roles, Howett and Williams will be tasked with managing service delivery, understanding changing customer requirements and market trends, and taking responsibility for emerging initiatives on aftersales services.
Kit Wisdom, head of technical services at Alphabet, said: “Tim and Andy’s depth and breadth of experience will be vital in driving operational excellence in Alphabet’s technical services delivery.
“Their roles are involved with both the continual improvement of our existing services, as well as implementing changes to help us meet the new technological challenges and opportunities presented by the connected car revolution.”
