UK challenger bank Aldermore has agreed to provide a £100,000 (131,000) invoice finance facility to construction recruitment firm Mansion Recruitment.
The Essex-based firm was launched in February 2015 and supplies staff to a range of clients from major blue chip firms to subcontractors.
According to the business, the new finance facility with Aldermore will enable it to meet growing client demand.
Carl Webb, director at Mansion Recruitment, said: "Since setting up the company earlier this year, we have seen a significant increase in demand for our services. The enormous shortage of houses and commercial buildings in the UK is well documented and as the nation works to fix the problem, demand for labourers and skilled workers in the construction sector is rising. It’s clear that this rise in demand will continue into 2016 and with Aldermore’s support I’m ready to make the most of those opportunities."
Iain Hendry, regional sales manager, Invoice Finance at Aldermore said: "Aldermore is an SME focused Bank offering growing support to the housing and construction sector, whether we’re helping first time buyers get a mortgage or providing loans to house builders. Our new relationship with Mansion Recruitment means Aldermore is supporting some of the areas we most value – UK SMEs, the local jobs market and the construction sector."
