In addition, Nova Everidge has been appointed as the head of new business origination at Aldermore and joins from Close Asset Finance. Everidge has over 20 years experience in the industry and has gained her expertise in companies such as ING Lease and GE Capital over that period.

The third senior appointment is Hayley Pearson who will be the head of servicing and support following an internal promotion. Previous to working for Aldermore, Pearson worked in asset finance at Barclays and Asset Advantage.

Carl D’Ammassa, managing director of asset finance at Aldermore, said: "We are building a team of talented people here at Aldermore. These senior appointments reflect our strategy of employing the best in our sector and demonstrate our commitment to diversity in the Asset Finance industry."
