UK challenger bank Aldermore has appointed Lesley Rolfe as head of asset finance operations.
In this role Rolfe will be responsible for managing delivery and oversight of new business, and supporting Aldermore’s activities in operational and business assurance risk management as part of the business finance team.

Rolfe joins Aldermore after 16 years in asset finance and financial services, having worked for companies such as Barclays, Lloyds, and Nationwide.
Rolfe said: “I look forward to supporting the business to ensure that we have the systems and processes in place to deliver the highest level of service to our SME clients and brokers.”
Rolfe has also joined Aldermore’s business finance senior leadership team, and will report to Carl D’Ammassa, group managing director for business finance.
D’Ammassa said: “I am confident Lesley’s experience will make a difference to our asset finance operations and wider business as a whole, and I look forward to continuing to develop the business well into the future.”
