Aldermore Bank has appointed Graeme Elliot as business development manager, in the latest push to increase their presence in the South of the UK.

Elliot has over 20 years’ experience in providing finance to SMEs, and will join Aldermore from RBS where we worked from 1994, holding a number of roles in corporate banking and invoice finance.

Elliot said: “With a focus on bespoke and personalised business solutions, Aldermore is the perfect fit for me. I look forward to using my extensive experience to provide funding solutions to businesses which are playing their part in driving the UK economy and value a sensible, human approach to their banking relationship.”

Elliot will report to Stuart Baty, head of business development – South, invoice finance, at Aldermore.

Baty said: “Graeme’s background in invoice finance and his career spanning more than two decades makes him ideally placed to take our business development offering forward, and I am delighted to have him on board.

“By bolstering our team in the South, we are further strengthening our invoice finance capability for the benefit of growing SMEs across the region.”
