Sally-Ann Davis is set to join Leeds law firm Walker Morris as a
new associate, working within the expanded banking and asset
finance litigation practice.

Davis will advise on the collection of secured and unsecured
commercial debt, and in defending claims.

The practice, which is part of the wider commercial dispute
resolution group, comprises three partners, a director and eleven
associates and assistants. Davis has substantial experience in
advising banks and financial institutions on a range of disputes
arising from guarantees, mortgages and credit agreements.

Starting her career with Chartered Trust plc and Lloyds TSB
Asset Finance Division, Davis has also worked for Lester Aldridge
Solicitors in Bournemouth and spent three years at TLT solicitors
in Bristol.
