The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) has
appointed a new chairman as well as four new representatives.

Kevin McNally, LeasePlan’s regional senior vice-president for
Northern Europe and the Americas, is the association’s new
chairman. He replaces Nigel Stead, who has completed its two-year
term.

The other new representatives appointed at the trade body’s
annual general meeting are Nigel Martin, who chairs the CV
committee, David Brennan, who chairs the leasing and fleet
management committee, David Alexander, for the rental committee,
and Mike Lloyd for the leasing broker committee.

commenting on his appointment, McNally said he intended to
further raise the association’s profile and increase its relevance
for all members.

He added: “There are some major challenges facing all our
businesses, but I am confident that at the end of my two-year stint
I will be able to report back on an industry that is stronger and
more innovative than ever.”
