Law firm Shoosmiths, specialists in
retail
and
commercial asset finance
, have announced a new look and website
to coincide with the firm becoming a Limited Liability
Partnership.

Shoosmiths will also merge with Scottish law firm Archibald
Campbell & Harley, creating its 10th office.

This is the firm’s first rebrand for nine
years, during which time it has added offices in Birmingham and
Manchester and launched a private client arm called Access
Legal.

The changes follow a busy summer for
Shoosmiths in which it
joined the Credit Services Association as an affiliate member

and assisted Hitachi Rail Europe to
secure a €5.7bn (£4.5bn) government contract
.
