Job Description :

Our client is seeking an Internal Account Executive – UK, NW Eng / Manchester to assume responsibility for identifying and developing sales opportunities for their existing and new accounts within the agreed Sales territory in order to achieve agreed sales targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work with all targeted opportunities via the telephone/email & face to face.
  • Liaise and discuss with External Sales to ensure achievement of volume and profitability targets.
  • Ensure a hands on approach to the service delivery.
  • Formally review progress against targets and business objectives with Team Leader.
  • Ensure comprehensive, up-to-date customer account records are maintained.
  • Analyse the MIS information, monitor past performance and look at statistical trends at both in order to predict and react to future requirements.
  • Extract and report on key customer data to review quality of service and agree action plans for specific accounts.
  • Ensure familiarity with company policy and procedures.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Internal or external customer facing sales experience with a proven and successful ability to manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience of selling different asset types in either consumer or business finance and experience of working with low value and high numbers of transactions through intermediaries would be advantageous.
  • Experience within Financial Services and Leasing is preferred.
  • Highly customer focussed.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter personality that enjoys working under time pressure.
  • Strong communicator with ability to influence.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise.
