The newly available vehicles are previously leased cars, typically under three years old, sourced from Lex Autolease.

The fleet management portal is structured to simplify vehicle selection for organisations, while the salary sacrifice platform is designed for employees to browse and compare vehicles according to budget and preferences.

Petrol, hybrid, diesel and fully electric vehicles are the available models for lease.

CBVC states that all used cars enter the system after full preparation and assessment.

Any observed wear or damage is listed in the vehicle details, with corresponding adjustments applied to lease rental costs.

CBVC commercial director Michelle George said: “Household budgets are tight right now, so it felt like the ideal time to add a used leasing option to our online platforms to broaden driver choice.

“Drivers now have the option to select a high spec or premium used car that might otherwise be out of reach. We’re already seeing fleet drivers selecting used versions of high-end models typically only available to higher-grade positions.”

One of the initial organisations to make use of the newly added used car leasing options was Next Energy.

This addition follows recent changes in the company’s leadership structure, with George appointed in March to support customer relationship management and address rising interest in salary sacrifice schemes.

The company’s platforms are accessed by organisations such as Allianz and Champions UK.
