The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) is to postpone “all upcoming events until later in 2020,” the trade body said citing the government’s ratcheting up of social distancing measures for its decision.

The NACFB – which represents 1,930 brokers, 24% of which have leasing and asset finance as their primary area of business – said both its annual NACFB Commercial Finance Expo (scheduled for 17 June 2020 at Birmingham’s NEC) and the inaugural Commercial Broker Awards (scheduled 23 April at Edgbaston Cricket Ground) have been postponed.
