Gym and fitness chain Fitness First has taken
delivery of six Citroën LCVs as part of its fleet replacement and
expansion programme.
The company has ordered one Dispatch dual fuel
van, one Berlingo dual fuel van and four Berlingo 1.6HDi 90hp X
vans.

This will be followed by more Berlingo and
Dispatch orders as it replaces its current 30-strong Citroën LCV
fleet as well as growing its fleet to 36 vans.
Under the renewal and expansion programme,
Fitness First required its contract hire company, Fleethire, to
look at a range of vans, focussing on factors such as low emissions
and high safety levels.
The new vans will be used by Fitness First’s
maintenance technicians across the UK.
They are being acquired and operated on
48-month/80,000-mile contract hire agreements including
maintenance.
