Before being appointed managing director of
AllStar, Pieczka was marketing director and member of the executive
committee at the fleet lessor’s French headquarters in Paris.

Following the departure of Fiona Hall, Arval
UK’s commercial director, her role has been split to reflect the
company’s different customer segments with Mike Curtis heading
Corporate Sales and Elliot Woodhead responsible for the SME
division and third party partnerships.

Both are internal appointments and will join
the existing Arval UK executive team, reporting to Bart Beckers,
managing director of Arval UK.

Beckers said: “We are delighted that Robert,
Mike and Elliott have taken on these new challenges within the
Arval UK business. They bring excellent experience, both from the
UK and from across Arval, as well as a strong focus on meeting the
needs of customers of all sizes and further growing the
business.”
