firm, has boosted its asset finance litigation practice with the
appointment of Greg Standing from May 1. Standing, an expert in
asset finance litigation, will be a partner in the finance,
insolvency, recoveries and sales team (FIRST), bringing the total
number of partners in the division to three.
The team advises on strategic and complex litigation, as well as
using technological innovations to process volume secured and
unsecured claims and Standing will offer his experience in handing
complex ownership disputes between banks and other lenders, loss
recovery, fraud and professional negligence.

FIRST focuses on contested security enforcement, recovery of
assets, guarantee claims, receivables finance, fraud claims,
professional negligence, credit cards, injunctions, volume mortgage
repossessions, debt recovery and the Consumer Credit Act.
