UniCredit Leasing Austria has appointed Martin
Frank as its new CEO. Starting from April 1, he replaces Guenter
Fischer, who is leaving after more than 31 years with
UniCredit.
Frank has been working in the Austrian
financial services industry for 27 years. Since 2007, he has been a
member of the supervisory board of UniCredit Leasing Austria.

Austria’s management, CFO Guenter Populorum and head of business
development Gerhard Raucher, retain their responsibility.
