Independent UK equipment financier Shire Leasing has purchased a
18,000 sq ft office in the Calico Business Park in Tamworth
(Staffordshire), merging the company’s existing operations
together.
“Calico Business Park is the ideal location for our new base and
has allowed us to merge our existing operations in Tamworth,” said
John Worton, chief executive of Shire Leasing, commenting on the
purchase.

“The high specification of the buildings within the scheme,
coupled with its proximity to all major road links, will enable us
to provide a more efficient service to our customers.”
Separately, Shire Leasing has announced a new insurance service.
Shire Insurance Services can offer protection for leased equipment,
or full cover for a business.
