Secure Trust Bank (STB) commercial finance has recruited asset finance individuals with work history at RBS Group, ABN Amro, Landsbanki, GMAC and HSBC to work on its SME focused business.
The six individuals have over 110 years’ of combined experience in banking and commercial finance along with knowledge of new business, structuring and relationship management.

David Green and Matthew White have been appointed regional sales directors for the North, and will be working closely with David Nadler, who will take on the role of structuring and portfolio director.
Nadler will be supporting the national sales team in structuring the more complex asset based lending (ABL) transactions, which he will then go on to manage.
David James, who comes with significant operational and risk experience gained in the independent sector and with bank-owned lenders, has been appointed as risk director and will be instrumental in the sanctioning process.
On the operations side, Louise Burns takes on the role of operations executive, while Haley Simpson joins as operations administrator.
Secure Trust Bank, the AIM-listed challenger bank, launched its commercial finance arm in September this year to provide SMEs with a full range of ABL products, and is continuing its recruitment drive across the UK.
