ELF has already taken two loans from the EBRD, as well as other
loans from the Council of Europe Development Bank and the European
Investment Bank too.

According to ELF, the funds would allow it to further expand its
offer, and include in it products and services for Poland’s
microenterprises and SMEs.

The EBRD believes that the opportunity for businesses to use
leasing to finance their investments could be improved.

Last year the Polish lessor, part of the Crédit Agricole
group, signed agreements worth €852 million.
