Dutch finance provider De Lage Landen (DLL) has appointed Frans
Overdijk as chief financial officer.
Overdijk has 25 years’ experience in banking, including several
senior management positions at DLL’s parent bank Rabobank Group. He
spent the last seven years as one of two board members at FGH Bank,
Utrecht.

He is also a member of the supervisory board of Rabo Cultuur
Bank and of the Rabo Groen Bank, a subsidiary of Rabobank focusing
on green investments. Overdijk will be based at DLL’s headquarters
in Eindhoven.
DLL CEO Ronald Slaats said: “With Frans on board, the executive
is at full strength again.”
