Vantis had a difficult year in 2009, however.
The firm, which specialises in advising companies on business
recovery, recently reported a £6.5 million (€7.4 million) pre-tax
loss for the year leading to 30 April 2009, in an annual report
originally scheduled for August.
The AIM-listed company saw revenues fall 2.9
percent over the period to reach £89.6 million, with total
liabilities rising 27 percent to £81 million. Vantis chairman Paul
Gourmand said the year had been “one of mixed fortunes”.
