have signed an agreement with a European bank to implement
LeaseSoft solutions within the bank’s own finance leasing
division. The contract also provides Netsol with the
opportunity for follow-up agreements to further implement LeaseSoft
solutions with other leasing businesses across Eastern and Western
Europe.
The bank, which remains anonymous, will license two modular
components of LeaseSoft, the Credit Application Processing System
(CAPS) and the Contract Management System (CMS) for its leasing
operations in Poland. Netsol will provide customization, system
implementation and on-going maintenance and support services.
