Mercedes-Benz CharterWay, the international commercial vehicle,
financial services and contract hire arm of DaimlerChrysler, has
appointed Rael Winetroube as new general manager of its contract
hire division.

The new role has been created as part of the company’s
commitment to developing its commercial vehicle contract hire
business, in light of recent growth within the division.
Rael has over 22 years experience in the industry and was
previously head of sales operations for DaimlerChrysler Financial
Services Europe.
Winetroube said: “Mercedes-Benz CharterWay has been active in
the contract hire market since 1992, and has experienced year on
year growth during that time. I am taking up the new position of
general manager to help build on the successes of the team and
ensure continuous growth by developing relationships with existing
customers, whilst also capitalising on the present market and
engage new business opportunities.”
