Commercial vehicle manufacturer MAN has
announced intentions to launch a new banking service for Germany at
2008’s IAA Commercial Vehicles Trade Fair in Hannover.
Munich based MAN subsidiary MAN Finance International GmbH
already supplies financial services in 21 countries, including
leasing, hire-purchase, insurance and long-term rental.
Now, due to the recent incorporation of MAN Financial Services
SAS Zweigniederlassung, the company will be able to offer credit
financing for the purchase of MAN vehicles in Germany.
MAN plans to implement such a service in other markets of
operation, as part of a planned expansion of financial services
provided across Europe.
