The deal has a term length of ten years, and has been structured
as a euro finance agreement, meaning it will be paid in euros from
a euro account held with the RBS group.

According to RBS, the sale was made through an introduction from
bank manager Iain Smith, who had looked after APEM’s banking
account with RBS group.

On the Lombard side, the deal was handled by relationship
manager Andrew Bailey, working from the company’s offices in
Manchester Spinningfields. Asset expertise was provided by
Christine Stevens and Ian Halliday, from Lombard’s Aviation
unit.
