For the second year in a row, fleet operators have ranked Lloyds
TSB Autolease as the UK’s top leasing service provider in the ‘Post
Sale’ category in the annual apdexperteye Landmark Fleet Operator
Customer Satisfaction Survey.
“To retain this award for a second year in the current climate
is particularly gratifying given the huge undertaking we have made
as a business to help customers manage costs down without
compromising the benefits of running a fleet,” said Mark Chessman,
deputy managing director at Lloyds TSB Autolease.

The fleet lessor is the first company since 2003 to top the
survey in successive years, with an average score of 83 percent in
2008.
The survey, based on over 9,000 responses from leasing and
contract hire customers, measures satisfaction with existing
customers, ranking performance across categories such as
communication, vehicle ordering and delivery, in-life services, and
invoicing.
