Taylor Wimpey said the fleets comprised cars and vans. It
declined to disclose the value of the deals.

Taylor Woodrow had been an existing customer of Lex, with a
six-year relationship, thus making Lex a prime contender for the
deals. However, the new contracts with the merged entity were won
through a competitive tender.

Lex said it won the tender process and the Taylor Wimpey
business after developing a unique proposal that drew on the
specialist knowledge and experience of the existing business and
new-business customer teams.
