Net sales during the first two quarters of 2008 at a Swedish
manufacturer and finance company grew 27 percent year-on-year –
thanks to lease equipment deals it signed for the Olympic Games in
Beijing. Swedish video and data networking equipment developer, Net
Insight AB, saw net profits soar “due to leasing of equipment to
Beijing Olympic Broadcasting for the Olympic Games”.
Sales of software, support and services increased to €4.3
million compared with €2.7 million a year earlier, and accounted
for 30 percent of sales.
