o.o., which will offer full-service car leasing as well as fleet
management services, lease-back and hire.
KBC Autolease, is one of KBC Lease’s fastest growing units. The
new subsidiary will be led by Ireneusz Tyminski, who is experienced
in the fleet financing sector, and the business will be targeted
toward corporate and SME customers, employees and shareholders. KBC
Autolease will launch new products such as Automotiv Plan, which
provides consultancy services and AutoSelect leasing, which offers
clients adaptable full service leasing elements depending on their
business needs.

KBC Group already has a very strong base in the Central and
Eastern European banking and leasing markets, and expects
considerable growth in the lucrative Polish market.
New fleet sales in Poland accounted for 50 to 60 per cent of total
car sales, and car leasing is becoming an increasingly popular
product in the market, with a growth rate of almost 30 per cent
year-on-year.
KBC Autolease also expects to deliver its services through a
variety of channels, and utilise its presence in other banking
sectors in the country. KBC Group is already active through Kredyt
Lease SA, which offers financial and operational leasing, Kredyt
Bank and insurance company, WARTA SA.
