JV leads to insurance cuts

Fleet insurance provider CBG has entered into a strategic
partnership with Eagle-i Telematics, a commercial vehicle and car
fleet data provider. Terms of the joint venture include providing
preferential terms to fleets that install Eagle-i’s telematics
system. The first such fleet to be signed up is CJ Services, which
runs a fleet of 85 vehicles. Eagle-i’s equipment includes vehicle
tracking, mobile data messaging, satellite navigation, stolen
vehicle recovery, telematics-enabled risk management and
lone-worker protection solutions.
