Iveco Capital, a new trading name for Iveco Finance, has leased one
of its Stralis 44-tonne tractor units to Schmitz Cargobull. The
deal is for a three-year term on an operating lease, at the end of
which the asset will be returned to Iveco, James Keller, an Iveco
spokesman, said. North East Truck & Van, Iveco’s largest UK
dealer, structured parts of the lease transaction. The vehicle will
move trailers and parts from ports in the North East of England to
the Schmitz Cargobull factory in Harelaw, County
Durham.
