Leasing consultancy International Advisory Associates,
originally established in 1998, was officially relaunched on 1
September this year, headed by Derek Soper.
With a speciality in sales finance consultation, IAA will work
across Europe and Asia, with a client base including independent
lessors, captive finance companies, banks and banking
subsidiaries.

According to IAA, the group’s strengths include consulting on
market entry and exit, strategic planning, funding partner
selection, senior staff recruitment, business restructuring and
‘turnaround’ management, as well as M&A and disposals.
As well as Derek Soper, IAA’s team includes vendor finance and
strategy specialist Adrian Leach, who was previously at the defunct
Smartfundit.com, and banking and private equity expert Charles
Taylor.
The group also works with a number of business partners,
including Asset Lifecycle Management, BM Consultancy, Broadwater
Consulting, HILL International, InitioStar and The Alta Group.
