Glasgow-based dairy producer Robert Wiseman Dairies has agreed a
sale and leaseback deal for its processing and packing
equipment.
The agreement with SG Equipment Finance raised a total of about
£45.3 million (€53.5 million) for Wiseman.

The company announced on 24 May that it had completed the deal,
to include packing and processing equipment, distribution vehicles
and other plant.
Wiseman has seven dairies and 15 distribution depots around
Britain.
