A subsequent maintenance agreement has also been signed, worth
€250m over the next 15 years.

GE is headed in Italy by Giuseppe Recchi, who expects revenues
to grow by 15-20 per cent this year.

Last year, revenues generated in Italy represented almost 5 per
cent of GE’s global turnover.
