management changes.
Founding director Nick Pattenden has become
managing director and former managing director Alun Booth is taking
on new activities.

Among these is finance business Agrarian
Finance, headed by managing director David Turner.
Booth will provide advice as a non-executive to
Agrarian, which will initially focus on the agricultural sector,
supported by exclusive wholesale funding.
Accountant Simon Webb is also joining Field
Solutions, focusing on driving the company’s business analysis
function and contributing to product strategy.
Nick Pattenden said the changes followed a
successful 2009 and a “very strong start” to 2010.
