Argon’s 10-plus employees, including owners Robert McDonald and
JJ Welsh, will transfer to Dominion’s headquarters in Aberdeen.
Dominion employs 85 staff globally.

RBS, which previously financed Dominion’s €27.3 million buyout
of Global Gas Supplies last year, has provided €2.5 million for the
purchase.
The head of structured finance at RBS in Aberdeen, Stuart
Roberts, commented that RBS has shared an “excellent relationship
with Dominion’s management team over the years”
Over the last four years, turnover at Dominion has increased
fourfold to achieve a current value of €25 million.
