Philippe Delva has stepped down as CEO
and managing director of Fortis Lease Group after five years in the
post.

Despite his popularity across the leasing industry, Fortis made

His move follows the recent departure of another head of a giant
European leasing company, Regina Prehofer, who stepped down as head
of UniCredit Leasing in recent weeks to also join her finance
subsidiary’s parent bank.

Gerard Moon was replaced as CEO of Fortis Lease UK on April 1 by
Paul Burgess. Moon joined Fortis around the same time as Delva, who
has been replaced by David de Buck and Claude Crespin.

Fortis is currently in the process of selling its asset based
lending subsidiary IFN finance factoring company.
