Greece’s Emporiki Bank, a subsidiary of
France’s Crédit Agricole, has announced that it has sold a 20%
stake in its leasing unit, Emporiki Leasing, to Crédit Agricole
Leasing for €11 million.

Under the terms of agreement, Crédit Agricole has a right either
to buy a further stake of up to 30 percent in Emporiki Leasing or
sell back its current holding in the next two years.
