CIT Group Inc.’s head legal counsel for
Latin America, Rafael Castillo-Triana, has left his role to
dedicate more time to clients of global consultancy firm, the Alta
Group.

Castillo-Triana has served at CIT since 1999 under an
outsourcing agreement between CIT and Alta, where he provided
international legal support and direction in equipment leasing and
financing to CIT’s subsidiaries in Latin America.
