Managing director of asset finance Chris Welch said: "Recent research from FLA shows the asset finance market has grown for the seventeenth consecutive month, with commercial vehicle finance up 10% compared to last year. This demonstrates the increase in demand for facilities from SMEs who are choosing asset finance as a means to fund significant investments for future growth."
At the beginning of 2015 HTB appointed UK broker Alan Timms as its first business development manager, previously appointing Chris Welch and David Morris to head its asset finance and asset-based lending divisions.
