Italy’s Banca Agrileasing has appointed
Serafino Bassanetti as its new chairman. Bassanetti replaces Franco
Ferrarini, who has been at the helm of the company since 1995.

The new board of management also includes
Florio Faccendi, Claudio Bin, Marcello Cola, Luigi Mondardini,
Carlo Napoleoni, Giovanni Pontiggia, Pietro Roman, and Alfredo
Savini.

Italy’s fourth largest lessor signed €1.8
billion new business last year – a 19.8 percent decrease compared
with 2008.

The lessor signed 12,627 new contracts.
Factoring recorded €604 million turnover and the company’s rental
business via BCCLease was €54 million. Net profit totalled €4.8
million, Banca Agrileasing said.
